Mr. Johnston began his career as a global technology executive, building businesses, acquiring businesses and leading as a board member. As a veteran private equity M&A executive, he completed diligence and transactions on more than 100 companies. Always a story teller, he decided in 2021 to leverage his earlier stage experience and became a stand up comic. Mr. Johnston holds an AB in Math and Economics from Princeton University, an Executive MBA from George Mason University, and completed a European study program in International Business.
